ABSTRACT
With the focus on the growing user in the technological world, the improvement of platforms has become a concern. The usability analysis of the platforms indicates points where they can be optimized. This report describes, and although the overall result, in objective terms, was the qualitative assessment of the usability of platforms, a lot has happened, until the respective analysis. It was a task that involved research, planning and daily reflection.Research was focused on specific aspects of the platform design theme, such as usability, navigability, and ergonomics. In the context of the desirable balance between graphic design and usability, its importance as a tool in design was underlined.Based on the investigation, this document describes in detail the steps that allowed the achievement of the dissertation objective.
